2. Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you.
3. Send the item back in its box, with its original packaging and all accessories.
4. Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Refunds
• Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method you used.
• Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days of the return being approved.
• Refund times may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
Exchanges
• If you ordered the wrong size or style, you can request an exchange instead of a return. Exchange requests are subject to the same conditions as returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Delivery and Undelivered Orders

If the recipient is not at the address, the order is left at the carrier's local branch and must be collected within a set period. Orders that are not collected are returned, and the reshipping fee is charged to the customer. If reshipping is not requested, the total shipping costs are deducted from the customer's refund.
• If you notice any damage or error with the package, please report it to the courier and have a damage report drawn up before accepting the delivery, then contact us. If a damaged package is accepted or returned without a damage report, responsibility and the total shipping costs lie with the customer.
International Shipping
